Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and old enough to do so where you live. You may not use the service where doing so would be unlawful.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and all activity under your account. Tell us through the contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that defeats plan limits.

Position Intelligence is a web application that combines information from third-party market sources with position details you enter to filter, rank, and explain developments that may be relevant to those positions. It does not connect to your exchange or wallet, hold assets, or execute trades.

Prediction markets, crypto markets, and related financial markets are uncertain and can move rapidly. Position Intelligence provides information and contextual analysis only. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice; it is not a broker, adviser, exchange, or fiduciary; and nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or size any position.

You are solely responsible for checking information against primary sources and your trading venue, assessing risk, and making your own financial or trading decisions. Do not rely on the service as your only source of information or as a substitute for professional advice.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, security, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data sources may be delayed, unavailable, changed, or wrong; calculations depend on the values you enter; and generated explanations may contain errors. We do not promise profits, returns, avoided losses, successful trades, or any other outcome.

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
• probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the service or its security;
• access another user’s account or data without permission;
• introduce malicious code or use automated access that unreasonably burdens the service;
• copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits it; or
• misrepresent service output as a guarantee, regulated advice, or our endorsement.

The service, software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator of Position Intelligence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is permitted to access it. You retain your rights in the information and text you enter and grant us the limited right to process it to operate and improve the service.

The service depends on third parties, including PayPal for payments, hosting and database providers, market-data providers, publishers, and an optional language-model provider. Their content and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or actions, and third-party names do not imply endorsement.

Position Intelligence Pro costs $29 USD per month. By approving the subscription in PayPal, you authorize PayPal to charge the approved funding method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation. PayPal processes the payment and may apply its own terms, currency conversion, or legally required charges. Pro access begins only after the service verifies an active subscription with PayPal.

You may cancel from Settings → Subscription. The current implementation asks PayPal to cancel immediately; once PayPal confirms the cancellation, future renewals stop and Pro access ends immediately. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before subscribing or cancelling.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Ending access does not erase payment obligations already incurred or provisions that by their nature should survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Position Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for trading losses, lost data, or business interruption arising from the service. To that same extent, total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may change the service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated in the product. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and cancel any active subscription.
